Social Engagement

One key success factor is keeping Members as engaged with the membership and each other as possible. Features within the Member Portal will make it easy for Members to engage with each other. Each Member profile will include a message link. References to trips, markets, airports, aircraft, or other Members can be automatically linked to those pages within message content.

Links to interact with other social networks will exist throughout the Members Portal, including:

  • Icon to Facebook Like Members, Media, Trips, Airports, Aircraft, etc.
  • Icon to tweet about any particular element or anything at all
  • Icon to upload photos to Flickr, Pinterest, etc.
  • Icon to upload video to YouTube, Vimeo, etc.

Members will be able chat, video chat, or conference directly through the Members Portal.

SocialAir Staff will be among the most familiar Members of all.  All paid staffing will be recruited from the membership.  So all staff from the CEO to the Flight Director to a Concierge will be quite visible within the Members Portal:  They will stay closely engaged with Members  through the following activities (among others):

  • Participating in discussion in forums -moderating and answering questions
  • Frequent Tweets for significant events
  • Blog posts about SocialAir from their perspective
  • Uploading media from their own trips
  • Training drip system
  • Major product announcements
  • Promotional/Launch related messages
  • General Announcements
  • Email Newsletter
  • Individual communication

The ultimate goal is to fully engage Members on a personal level in both the real and virtual world, and then make it very easy to remain in that situation.
