Email is an essential channel in member communications, demand generation, PR and other forms of promotion. We will operate a high-quality CRM tool (SugarCRM or Infusionsoft to start, advancing to Marketo). In the later stages (Lift-Cruise) the CRM tool will be integrated with the Social Air custom app so both systems are synced to each other in real time.
